Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of ExTweets, an independent remote MCP service that lets you connect X/Twitter accounts and make those accounts available to MCP-compatible clients and AI agents that you authorize.
Your authorization
By signing in, connecting an X/Twitter account, or approving an MCP client, you authorize ExTweets to use the permissions you grant for that account. Depending on the permissions you approve, ExTweets may read account profile information, read posts and timelines, search posts, create posts, reply to posts, upload media, delete posts, like or unlike posts, follow or unfollow accounts, read bookmarks, manage bookmarks, and send direct messages.
Direct message access is sensitive. If you grant direct message permissions, you authorize ExTweets and the MCP clients you approve to use those permissions only for actions requested through the service. You are responsible for deciding which clients should receive DM-capable access.
MCP clients and agents
ExTweets acts as a control surface. MCP clients and AI agents can call tools only after authorization, and tool calls are made using the connected accounts and permissions available to that client. You are responsible for the instructions you give to MCP clients and for activity performed through clients you approve.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for complying with X/Twitter rules, applicable laws, and any third-party terms that apply to your connected accounts. Do not use ExTweets to spam, harass, impersonate, violate privacy, infringe rights, send unlawful messages, or perform unauthorized automation.
Revocation and limits
You may revoke access from the ExTweets dashboard at any time: individual MCP clients, individual connected X/Twitter accounts, or your entire account using the delete-my-account control, which immediately revokes all MCP client access, deletes stored tokens for all connected accounts, and deletes your ExTweets account data as described in the Privacy Policy. Any remaining prepaid credit balance is forfeited on account deletion. You may also revoke the underlying X/Twitter authorization from your X/Twitter account settings. Revoking access may prevent MCP clients from continuing to use affected tools. ExTweets also applies rate limits to actions (including hourly ceilings on posting, engagement, deletions, and direct messages) and may further rate limit, suspend, or block access to protect the service, connected accounts, or third parties.
Billing and usage
Some features may consume paid provider APIs or prepaid credits. You are responsible for charges generated by clients you authorize, subject to any limits or billing controls available in the service. Usage records may be used for billing, abuse prevention, support, and auditability.
ExTweets may grant promotional or welcome credits, including a one-time credit for the first time a given X/Twitter account is connected to the service. Promotional credits are limited to one per X/Twitter account regardless of which ExTweets account connects it, have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may be adjusted, expired, or revoked in cases of abuse, including attempts to farm credits across accounts.
Availability and changes
ExTweets depends on third-party platforms, including X/Twitter, xAI, Cloudflare, Google, and Stripe. Features may fail, change, or become unavailable if those platforms change their APIs, pricing, rules, permissions, or availability.
Disclaimers
This service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExTweets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, account access, revenue, reputation, or business opportunities.
Independence
ExTweets is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp, Twitter, xAI, Grok, Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, or any MCP client provider.
